Eve and Gene Black Summer Medical Career Program

Your contribution will help fund this important program. All donors will be recognized in the LAPS newsletter. Donations of $1,000 or more will be recognized for five years from date of donation. If you wish, you may target your contribution for the Dr. Jim Seidel Memorial Fund, which helps fund two scholarships for selected Summer Medical Career Program participants to continue their education. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Tax ID #95-2673275
