Hotel Reservation Information

• Rooms are available to registrants starting at the SPECIAL LOW rate of $119 per day, single or double occupancy. Other room options and upgrades are available. Please visit the Bahia Resort at www.bahiahotel.com to see all room layouts and room view options.
• These rates apply from September 19-28, 2011.
• NOTE: Special rates will be available only until September 1^st or until all blocked rooms are booked. Once these rooms are taken, regular hotel rates will apply.

Meeting Registration

Registration must be canceled by September 1^st for a full refund; after this date, an administrative charge of $35 will apply.

• Boxed Lunches are available for Friday and Saturday. Please read the “Boxed Lunch Order Form” for information and pricing.
