The enrollment fee does not include lodging, or tickets to Disneyland^®.

• We recommend you make hotel reservations far in advance of the meeting. Special rates at Disney's Paradise Pier^® hotel will be available only until August 19, 2008 or until all blocked rooms are taken. Once these rooms are taken, regular hotel rates will apply. Rooms are available to registrants at the special rate of $159 (plus tax) per day single or double occupancy, plus resort fee of $10. These rates apply from September 8-16, 2008. You can not get this special rate using the hotel's online reservation system. Instead, you must call the hotel (714-956-6425) or use the mail-in form found in the event brochure. The Los Angeles Pediatric Society disclaims any responsibility for hotel arrangements.
• Discounted Disneyland^® tickets may be purchased online. These tickets must be purchased before you arrive. Allow at least 10 calendar days to fulfill ticket orders.
